You are required to conduct an Operations Management Audit of a selected company. To develop insight, it is advised to use no less than 3 years’ annual reports. This is a individual exercise and projects ought to reflect your management perspectives despite the use of comparable companies. The selected company can be public or private. The grade of the assignment is 40%.
