Develop a 4–5 page essay/research paper proposing programs and services to begin to address the opiate crisis in Hillsboro County. The publish should include an assessment of need, as well as the elements of an integrated approach to addressing the problem. It is important that the programmatic approach be realistic and achievable, financially sustainable, have measurable outcomes, and (hopefully) involve the best collaborative efforts of the many community stakeholders (e.g., MCMHC, schools, healthcare providers, social service organizations).
