The point of this work is to learn how to recognize, describe, and apply competencies developed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) for rigorous analysis. To complete this work, complete the following:
1. Read the Key Judgments section from the Iraq’s Continuing Programs for Weapons of Mass Destruction National Intelligence Estimate.
2. Read the Central Intelligence Agency’s Results of CIA Contact with BND Source “Curveball” (June 2, 2004).
3. ODNI ICD 203 Analytic Standards.
